Spring Branch ISD (SBISD) will host its Spring Memorial Hermann Physical Day on Saturday, April 12, at Northbrook High School from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

This event is open to all middle and high school students who plan to participate in activities that require a UIL pre-participation physical examination.

The cost for a physical is $10 per student, with no cost for students who qualify for free or reduced lunch.

To prepare for Physical Day, families should complete the following steps:

• Submit all required athletic documents online through Rank One:

These documents must be updated annually and are required for participation in all summer athletic activities as well as the 2025–2026 school year athletic programs.
